Request Account Deletion

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from DueTrace, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete via App (Instant)

This is the fastest way to remove your data.

  1. Open DueTrace App on your device.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙️.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request manual deletion.

Please email us with your registered phone number.

Email Support

Manual requests are processed within 7 days.
