Every DueTrace user has a unique identifier (DueTrace ID) used to start transactions with them easily — instead of a random code like XJK-482, you can own a code you choose: shorter, easier to remember, or one that carries meaning for you.

FAQ
What if someone else buys my desired ID first?
When purchasing actually opens, the code will be reserved as soon as payment starts, for a limited time, to keep things fair between buyers — every purchase will be final once completed.
Can I change my custom ID later?
Yes, you can change it later — everyone who has an active ledger with you will get an automatic notice of the change, and the old code is retired and never reused by anyone else.
Can I sell my ID to someone else?
Only if it has not been used yet; active and used IDs cannot be transferred to someone else, to protect everyone from confusion.
